Bake bread with lava. The far infrared effect generated from the lava allows for the baking of high-quality bread.
Lava is used from the world heritage site, Mount Fuji. (As of September 2024) By baking with far infrared rays generated from the lava, the center of the dough is cooked, allowing for baking at high temperatures in a short time. Baking in a short time prevents excess moisture from escaping, resulting in a moist interior of the bread. Due to the high temperature, the outside becomes crispy. We manufacture various types of ovens, including flat ovens, reel ovens, and small ovens. We also accept inquiries regarding various bakery equipment.
